Lille "almost" walked walked off the pitch a la Thailand Style after a controversial free-kick goal scored by Ryan Giggs. A goal similar to the one score by Thierry Henry in the Premiership, Lille players were furious at the referee for allowing the kick to be taken as their 'keeper was giving instructions to the players in the wall. 2 players were literally off the pitch right after the re-start and it clearly reminded me of the incident that happened in the match between Singapore & Thailand in the recently concluded ASEAN Championship Tournament. Thank goodness, common sense prevailed and the game continued, with the few minutes left.
